Electronic starting relay for starting capacitors with a rated input voltage for a voltage range of 80-120V

ERAOW11015L

General note:

The electronic starting relay is used to switch off motor starting capacitors after an adjustable time. Wear-free, electronic starting relays for starter capacitors, for use at elevated temperatures up to 80°C.

Advantages:

  • High reliability throughout its life, produced through wear free, non-moving components.
  • Compact construction for mounting inside the motor terminal box.
  • Easier to install and adjust than centrifugal switches.
  • Optimum setting of motor torque, by means of adjustable switch off time, of the start capacitor.
  • Complete suppression of sparking during switching, unlike mechanical switches.
  • current-dependent switching of the starting capacitor when faults occur (type L / I)
  • Higher tripping currents but compact device.

From 17.06.2024 to 07.07.2024 we participated as “Team Reissmann” in the City Cycling 2024. With a total of 1.741 kilometres cycled, we were able to take 1st place within the municipality of Rosengarten!
The three most diligent cyclists within Reissmann were also honoured by us and received vouchers from the Gräter bakery.

Many thanks to all participants!

We are very proud to have been able to encourage and support our two sporty “Schwäbisch Hall boys”, Adrian Luksch and Friedrich Polzin, with their outstanding fund-raising campaign.

Their idea was to visit all 16 state capitals in Germany by bicycle between 1 and 24 September 2023. That equates to a distance of around 2900 kilometres and roughly 18,000 metres in altitude. They collected donations for AKI Schwäbisch Hall e.V. for every state capital they reached.

Congratulations to you both, and our greatest respect for your impressive efforts!

  • Enables thermal machine protection of new motors with Pt1000 sensors in existing drive systems, e.g. Siemens SINAMICS S120
  • Extends the system service life
  • Maintenance-friendly as a pure plug & play installation requiring no prior electrical engineering knowledge

Plug & play for e.g. Siemens drives: Adaptation of the PT-KTY converter to Siemens SME120/125 using a kit consisting of a signal processing unit on SME connection RS-X 200 (encoder line) and a unit for voltage tapping on SR-X 100.

REISSMANN enjoys close ties with the region, and we support many projects, associations and care facilities in our community through sponsorship.

For example, we are proud to sponsor the Westheim music society, the SV Westheim 1948 sports club, SV Rieden, and the HAKRO Merlins. Our sponsorship also includes the youth teams from the Rosengarten players’ community (SV Westheim, TSV Michelbach, SV Rieden).

We are delighted to support our footballers with kits and perimeter advertising!

The animal shelter in Michelfeld has a new vehicle and we are delighted to be sponsoring it.

Our employees are able to choose their favourite bicycles from a specialist dealer, we lease them from JOBRAD and pass them on to our employees. The bikes can of course be freely used for travelling to and from work, in life outside work, and for sport. We have 10 charging points for e-bikes on the company site, so that the battery is full again at the end of the working day and the ride home comes with a boost. A large, covered bicycle shelter on the company site provides the perfect parking space for bikes

To remain successful and future-ready, Reissmann expands the new production and administration space, around 2000 square metres built in 2011/12, by 1500 square metres in summer 2022. The entire company complex in the municipality of Rosengarten has been designed according to the latest KfW55 efficiency standards. The heating systems in both halls have also been converted to a district heating connection operated by a local agricultural biogas plant, meaning that we are independent of the gas supply and fossil fuels.
